At some point this post was going to announce that Game Couch was taking a much needed hiatus. But I need to be honest.
This isn’t working anymore.
When I told MobyGames’ David Berk about Game Couch he offered a ton of advice, but his truest words were, “running a website will break your heart.”
No project exists on its own. We wouldn’t have made it this far without hard work from the Game Couch staff: Boz, Amanda, Aramis, Paul, Tom, Steve, Jamie, William, Josh and Meg. And I wouldn’t have made it this far without friendship, love and support from Mandi, Mimi, Russ, Suzanne, Caf, Cyndi, Chris and Sue.
Game Couch is not dead. After I step back for a bit, I’ll post again with a bit more perspective on the past and our plans for the future.
